Memorandum of Understanding / Definition of Spouse

The parties hereunder agree that:

• the word "spouse", in the collective agreements reached between the parties hereunder will be interpreted as:
  
  
  "to be one of two persons legally married to one another or those in relationships where they have lived with one another for a period of at least (1) year, continue to live with each other and who have publicly represented themselves as spouses."
