Claim Filing Deadline for 1999 Expenses

Please remember to file your medical claims no later than 6 months from the end of the calendar year in which the expenses were incurred.

On the other hand, your dental claims must be submitted within 15 months of the date the expenses were incurred. For example, to claim dental expenses incurred on April 1, 2003, you have until June 30, 2004.

Claims will not be accepted after the deadline, unless the late claim is the result of unavoidable circumstances such as medical or psychological incapacity.
